About the server...

Okay so we should probably throw some ideas about the server so that the admin can see what the people like

so if you have played any private servers and there was something that you really liked about it then post it here, so we can make this your best private server experience.



things people like alot:

FM mobs and bosses, NPC in FM, Rebirth, and no max damageWeapon NPC, PvP, Events(NX Slimes, Hide & Seek, PvP etc), Boss summoner in fm's but if it's laggy then screw, NPC that sells summoning items, Those that give you like haircuts and stuff NPC, @commands are really convenient.


Things people dislike:

1 meso shops, high nx cash prices, and not having PvP,Hopefully no godly item at the beginning that gives you like godly stats, don't like those. 1 meso shops ruin economy unfortunately. Make SMega's pricey, so we don't get spammed and get lags. Hope drop rate not too high too, it gets messy sometimes, you do a mass murder, you get like a bunch of junk.

IMO:

Must:Warping NPC, Job-advance NPC, NX, AP Reset, SP Max NPC or Auto maxed.

Recommended:Weapon NPC, PvP, Events(NX Slimes, Hide & Seek, PvP etc), Boss summoner in fm's but if it's laggy then screw, NPC that sells summoning items, Those that give you like haircuts and stuff NPC, @commands are really convenient.

~main used NPCs in ch1.. warper in all ch
~cody 1st-4th job advancer so ppl dont have over lv problem.
~pvp room
~no damage cap
~rebirth

i also think we should have stuff like

@shop
@henesy(for people who get stuck)
@meso (to convert lots of meso into one item and visa versa)
@dex
@int
@luk
@str
@reset
@rebith

but about thte smegas if we have them at a low price everyone will buy and it will lag the server

also we need to have a anouncment at the top telng people not to do quest because it lags the server and makes the monster on sertain maps not spawn

a jail room for tempban is always good

and a npc that sell very expencive but uber items ( which is where the @meso idea is coming in you can have them trade the meso item for the uber item)

hide and seek is good
music lyric events
first to map event(none vip rock)
charades events
folo the leader events
i snail event (first to kill the snail wins)
pvp events (kill GM for prize)
trade GM event (must find and trade the GM (GM uses Teleort And FlashJump to avoid))

i realy enjoyed 5k exp rates

i realy enjoyed 5k exp rates

yea 5k is good but only if there is no damage cap, if there is a cap (which i dont recomened) then it would be pointless to have 5k xp.

id say 1k with cap ( hopefully not this one)
or 2.5k without damage cap (not too fast for laveling but fast enough to get good quick)

what you guys think of the meso rate, and the drop rate should be?

i like 1000x meso rate.

make it easyr to get billions of mesos for everyone

yet its still difficult so it shopuld be good

and items should be lowered low...cuz i hate wen i get full of items and then i cant pick anything up...

but then agin i do like gettin boss items like ht necklace ans z helms faster.

1000x rates are really fun

but i like the high rate drop because of z helm and ht neckless
i dont mind having full invintory

Drop rate I think 500 is enough , 5k EXP seems too high and if player maxed stat then they will be bored ,
So I think 1000rates will be great ( for EXP )

For GM event's I like to add the truth and false one. Theres like this map with a huge O and a X and that goes well with truth and false event.

I don't recommend the Boss Spawner in FM. Just have a couple FM's fill with monsters but never a Boss Spawner.

1 Meso drop is a NoNo of course. That's gonna make the meso currency lower since you can basically get all your stuff from NPCs.

If the drop rate and meso rate is gonna be high then maybe add in some other form of currency so people can carry more then 2.147B @ once. Also make NPCS that trade editted items [not godly] for "that" thing that represents the 2B thingy majig.

no NPC boss spawer but respawn bosses in fm 19 and 20 or something not every FM

rates like ~200-300x wud be great.
Exp sellers(?)
Don't make things very pricey(like 10mil for lvl 10 quips )
Maybe having bosses in each fm 5-23 etc etc wud be great.
A small starter pack.
Also hav common npcs, like:
Spinel: teleporter
Cody: Job Advance
Mia/Duey: Skill Maxer

i say you have a little event thing once in a while for like best guild pic and the winner gets free 30k nx or something like that
idk if you can but right when the person picks their first job have them start off with lvl 10 stuff?
and are there custom npcs? o.o

Sorry but i think 5k exp rate is way to much. I think 500x exp rate is the best becuz if there is a damage cap it will get bored soon.... and that will lead to..... : people leaving.

Maybe we can make a poll of the what people think the exp rate must be?

What the heck...? No quests?? O.o Wow...The MuLung quest saves a lot of trouble for leveling at lvl 120+ though =(..
